We were engaged by GoldenPeaks Capital to perform the model audit for a refinancing transaction, with DNB as the lender. The transaction related to the refinancing of a 72MW solar PV portfolio in Poland, comprising 55 projects. We delivered a full scope model audit, delivering a Opinion Letter at financial close.
