Our industry-specific expertise enables us to offer practical solutions to modelling challenges. We work with our clients to truly understand the commercial reality of a project and translate that into model functionality. We constantly challenge the status quo, asking relevant questions to ensure models are robust, bankable and aligned to the specific requirements of each project.
We have significant experience in developing bid models for Project Finance transactions, as well as valuation models for M&A transactions, including leveraged buy-outs. Our modellers have worked with Project Finance sponsors, bankers, infrastructure funds, private equity houses and corporate finance teams, which means we have a thorough understanding of the information requirements of various stake-holders.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients from early on in the bid or acquisition process to carefully scope and design the model, while also remaining reactive when additional functionality is required as negotiations unfold.
Operating / corporate models
We are experienced in developing models for ongoing monitoring purposes, including long-range forecasting, budgets and short-term cash flow forecasting. This can involve scoping and developing a model from scratch, re-developing an existing operating model which is no longer fit-for-purpose or converting a bid model into an ongoing forecasting tool.
